1. Services
Enterprise Property Management Services, LLC provides residential and commercial property services including lawn care, mowing, nutrient applications, landscaping, exterior cleaning, hauling, seasonal services, and general property maintenance. Services are subject to availability, site conditions, weather, and written confirmation of scope and pricing. Estimates are not final until confirmed in writing.
2. Communication
By submitting a request, you authorize contact via phone, text, or email regarding inquiries, scheduling, billing, and service delivery. Submission does not guarantee availability or pricing.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must disclose known hazards and ensure safe access. We are not responsible for undisclosed or pre-existing conditions.
4. Environmental & Safety Practices
We follow environmentally responsible practices and label directions. Results may vary due to environmental factors.
5. Slip, Trip, Fall
We are not responsible for slip, trip, or fall incidents before, during, or after service due to conditions outside our control.
6. Payments
Payments may be processed via third-party processors. We do not store full payment credentials.
7. Convenience Fees
Disclosed convenience or processing fees may apply and are non-refundable.
8. Non-Payment
Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed. Failed or returned payments remain the client’s responsibility.
9. Collections
Unpaid balances may be pursued through lawful collection methods. Clients are responsible for reasonable collection costs.
10. Delaware Compliance
Nutrient and lawn care services follow applicable Delaware regulations and best management practices.
11. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the value of services provided.

SNOW & ICE CONDITIONS
Snow and ice conditions vary by property and weather event. Refreeze, drifting, compacted snow, plow berms, and ice buildup may occur after service and may require additional services or visits at additional cost.
ICE MELT & MATERIALS
Ice melt products, including standard, pet-safe, or environmentally preferred options, are subject to availability. Product selection, quantity, and application method are determined by site conditions, weather, and supply availability. Substitutions may be made when necessary.
EQUIPMENT USE
Certain services may require the use of heavy or specialized equipment, including tractors, loaders, mowers, or similar machinery. Equipment selection is based on site conditions and service requirements and may affect pricing and service duration.
FUEL & OPERATIONAL SURCHARGES
During severe weather events, extended operations, or periods of increased fuel or material costs, temporary fuel or operational surcharges may apply. Any applicable surcharges will be disclosed when possible.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES & SCOPE CHANGES
Requests for services beyond the originally agreed scope, including additional areas or tasks, may result in additional charges and require approval prior to service when possible.
PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
Promotions, coupons, or discounts are subject to eligibility verification, availability, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Only one promotion may be applied per property unless otherwise stated.
RIGHT TO REFUSE OR DISCONTINUE SERVICE
Enterprise Property Management Services, LLC reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue service at any time if conditions are deemed unsafe, access is restricted, payment terms are not met, site conditions differ materially from those disclosed, or if customer conduct is abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate. Submitting a request does not guarantee service.
SCOPE OF SERVICES & COVERAGE
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Enterprise Property Management Services, LLC, including but not limited to:
• Snow & ice management services, including heavy accumulation, re-freeze conditions, repeat visits, and use of specialized or heavy equipment
• Lawn care, mowing, lawn treatments, fertilizers, nutrients, and related applications
• Hauling, cleanouts, junk removal, and material delivery services
• Promotional offers, coupons, discounts, and neighborhood or seasonal programs
• Payments processed through third-party providers, including credit/debit cards and other electronic payment methods, now or in the future
• Fuel, material, equipment, emergency, and operational surcharges when applicable
• Additional services, scope changes, or extra requests beyond the original service selection
These Terms govern pricing, scheduling, materials, equipment use, service limitations, surcharges, payment obligations, and customer responsibilities across all services unless otherwise stated in writing.
SEPARATE AGREEMENTS & CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIPS
These Terms & Conditions establish general service terms applicable to customers of Enterprise Property Management Services, LLC. Certain services, relationships, or engagements may be governed by separate written agreements, including but not limited to customer service agreements, vendor agreements, subcontractor agreements, or employment agreements.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any separately executed written agreement, the terms of the written agreement shall govern for the applicable parties and scope.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between Enterprise Property Management Services, LLC and any customer, vendor, subcontractor, or third party unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
